3.1. RETURN PROCESS

Check the package as soon as you receive it. If you detect any error or damage, indicate it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within 24 hours through the customer service on the website.

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to return any product. Follow the process below, and we will send a carrier to pick up your package: *We make 2 collection attempts; if it cannot be carried out for reasons beyond the company's control, the pickup will be canceled. If it needs to be requested again, €5 will be deducted from the return for pickup costs.

1. REQUEST THE PICKUP OF THE PACKAGE

You can request a return from the "My Account" section. Click here to access it. We will confirm the return and contact the courier to pick up the package at the indicated address.

2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

Place the items you wish to return in the original package. Pack them securely to avoid damage during transport. Don't worry about the delivery note, return form, or return label. The courier will take care of bringing the necessary labels for an effective return.

3. THE COURIER WILL COME TO YOUR HOME TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE

Our courier will contact you to inform you of the day and time of the pickup, usually 24 hours after the customer notification.

The refund will be processed once we receive the item and verify that everything is in order. The refunded amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. For bank transfers and cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer, so the customer's account number will be required.

3.2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Before making a return, you should know that:

· You can return any item within 14 days following receipt. The refund will be carried out after verifying the condition of the items.

· Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

· Shipments with payment due or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

· Returns are free for those made from the mainland and Balearic Islands.

The delivery time for a customized product is 7 business days.

No returns are accepted for this type of product.
