RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN 24-48 HOURS*
If, for reasons attributable to the company, you do not receive your product within 30 days or less from the date of finalising the order, you may request a refund of the amounts paid, subject to a written complaint, without any claim for any reason whatsoever.

Joumma Bags is based in Spain and delivers to the Iberian Peninsula (mainland Spain and mainland Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated when placing the order.
We cannot coordinate exact delivery times so you will need to contact the carrier if you would like delivery in the morning or afternoon.

-I place my order on Monday, before noon.
The order is prepared the same day and there is a 95% chance that it will reach you the following day, Tuesday (if you live in a large town), i.e. within 24 working hours. The maximum delivery time is Wednesday (48 working hours).
The same system applies for orders placed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
-I place my order on Monday, after 12 noon.
As there is no more time to prepare it for shipment, this order would count as having been placed on Tuesday. It would therefore leave on Tuesday and arrive, with a 95% probability, on Wednesday (24 working hours). The maximum delivery time would be Thursday (48 working hours).
The same system applies for orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
-I place my order on Thursday, before 12 noon.
The order is prepared the same day and there is a 95% chance that it will arrive the following day, Friday (if you live in a large town), i.e. within 24 working hours. As transport companies do not deliver on weekends, the maximum delivery time would be Monday (48 working hours).
-I place my order on Thursday, after 12 noon, or on Friday before 12 noon.
The order would be prepared on Friday, and as transport companies do not deliver on weekends, it will most likely arrive on Monday (24 working hours) or Tuesday at the latest (48 working hours).
-I place my order on Friday, from noon onwards, or at the weekend.
The order would be prepared on Monday, and the delivery time would apply as if it were Monday.
-What happens if they do not find my house?
The carrier will come, normally during office hours, to the delivery address. If they have any problems finding the address, they will telephone the number you gave when you placed the order.
-What happens if I am not at home, but someone else is?
If someone else is there to pick up the order, that person will receive the package and must sign the delivery note. If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, you will also have to pay the full amount in cash.
-What happens if nobody is at home?
If no one is at home, the carrier will leave a notification with a contact telephone number. You can call this number to arrange a new date and time for delivery.
-What happens if, when they return, there is no one there either?
If on the second attempt the carrier does not find anyone when they go to deliver the package, you will have to pick up the order at the nearest office of the carrier (all provincial capitals have an office).
If the product cannot be delivered within a maximum of two attempts or ten days, you will be refunded the amount paid, without any claim whatsoever.
-Can I choose the delivery time?
Although we can indicate on your order that you prefer delivery at a certain time, the transport agencies plan their own routes. They will try to adjust as far as possible, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

a) Bank transfer
If you select this payment option, you will receive an e-mail with the total amount of the purchase and the account number to make the bank transfer when you complete your order. It is important that you indicate the order number that comes in the email. c) Credit/debit card
To make the payment by credit card you must have at hand:
- Card number
- Name of the card account holder
- Expiry date
- CVV (security code on the back of the card)
d) Cash on delivery
If you prefer the option of paying cash on delivery, payment will be made in cash to the carrier at the time of delivery of the order at the address indicated. For this type of payment, the courier company applies a commission of 3 €. This is the only payment that has an extra commission.
You will only have to pay the carrier if you have chosen the cash on delivery option.
